These terms apply when you use wethecre8ers.com or buy from WeTheCre8ers LLC ("we" or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and product options, are correct. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we can't make or ship it, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Everything we sell is 3D printed to order in the USA. We allow 3–5 business days to print, finish, and pack your order before it ships. That time is separate from delivery time, which is covered on our Shipping & Returns page. Production times are estimates.
Prices are in US dollars. The price shown for an item is the price you pay, plus shipping and any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but a change doesn't affect an order you've already placed. Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $6.50 per order. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Our return policy is on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. In short, standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Some products, like the Name Display and the Custom Photo Light Box, are made from details you send us. After checkout, email us the name, photo, or other details we need, along with your order confirmation. We start production once we have what we need from you.
Please check spelling and details before you send them, because personalized pieces are made as you provide them. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo, text, or design you send us. Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
The items in our Tactical Training category are inert, non-functional training replicas made of solid plastic. They have no moving parts and can't fire, and they can't hold or feed ammunition. They are made for training such as holster fit, draw, reload, and handling drills. They are not real firearms or knives. You're responsible for using them safely and for following the laws and rules that apply where you live and train.
Layer lines and slight color variation are a normal part of 3D printed pieces. Colors on your screen may also look a little different from the finished piece.
The text, photos, and logos on this site belong to WeTheCre8ers LLC unless noted. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes don't affect orders you've already placed.
