This policy explains what information WeTheCre8ers LLC ("we" or "us") collects when you visit wethecre8ers.com or order from us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you check out: your name, email address, and shipping address, plus the items you ordered. We use these to make, ship, and support your order.
• When you contact us: the name, email address, and message you send through our contact form, or anything you send us by email or phone.
• For personalized orders: the names, photos, or other details you email us so we can make your piece.
• When you enter a contest: the name, email address, and answers you submit on the entry form.
• Automatically: basic visit information through Vercel Analytics and our hosting provider (see below).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or wallet details go directly to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. Stripe also uses your shipping address to calculate sales tax, and your email address to send your payment receipt. If you pay with a wallet such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, that provider's privacy policy applies as well.

Email and hosting services

When you place an order, send a message, or enter a contest, the details are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies

• Vercel Analytics: we use it to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It collects information such as the pages viewed, the site that referred you, your country, your browser, and your device type. It is designed to be privacy-friendly: it doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
• Cookies and local storage: we don't set cookies of our own. Your browser's local storage remembers your shopping cart and whether you've hidden the contest banner. That information stays on your device.
• Stripe: Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies to help detect fraud and keep payments secure.
• Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.

We don't run advertising or marketing trackers on our site.

How we use your information

• To make, ship, and support your order, and to process your payment.
• To answer your questions and make personalized pieces.
• To run contests and contact winners.
• To keep records for taxes, accounting, and legal requirements.
• To keep the site working and understand how it's used.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store (Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and shipping carriers), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. We keep contact messages and contest entries only as long as we need them to respond or run the contest.

Your choices: access and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@wethecre8ers.com from the address you used, or include your order details, and we'll take care of it. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, where the law requires it, and we'll tell you if that applies. Payment details are held by Stripe, so requests about those go to Stripe.

Children

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
